Hanging egg chairs built for European gardens
Our hanging egg chairs — also searched as hanging basket chairs, egg swing chairs or cocoon chairs — are woven from UV-stabilised PE rattan over a powder-coated steel frame (main pole Φ42×2.5 mm), with 180 g polyester cushions and PP-filling seat and back pads. The frame is designed for years of patio, garden and balcony use, and every chair swings on a galvanised steel chain link that takes the load with margin.
Six hanging chair models, one flat-pack carton
The range includes up-down folding models (white and grey), left-right folding models in rope weave, webbing and 3-strand rattan (dark grey and natural brown), and a three-panel woven basket. Every model packs 1 piece per flat carton (111×75×18 cm) — from 480 up to 560 chairs per 40HQ container. Flat packing keeps your freight cost per chair low and your shelf cost lower.
Foldable roll-top camping tables
Our aluminium roll-top table folds into a compact carry format with an X-frame that sets up in seconds — a strong companion SKU for garden centres, outdoor retailers and camping distributors buying hanging chairs.
OEM / ODM: colours, cushions, packaging
Basket colour, cushion fabric, webbing width, stand finish and export carton print can all be customised. Send us your target spec or a reference photo and we will quote with real loading quantities — not estimates.

Frequently asked questions
What is your MOQ for dining chairs?
It depends on the model and how much you are customising. For mixed containers we are flexible — tell us the quantity per design and we will confirm what we can run. Fully customised OEM programmes carry a higher minimum than stock designs.
Can I change the fabric and the leg finish?
Yes. Fabric, colour, seat height, leg finish (black, gold, chrome, walnut) and frame material can all be changed. Send a reference photo or a spec sheet and we will develop a sample on our own lines.
How long does a sample take?
Stock-design samples are typically ready in 7–15 days. New OEM development with custom frames or materials takes longer; we give you a firm date before you pay for the sample.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes — you are welcome. Our production base is in Hebei, a short drive from our Tianjin export office, and we can meet you at Tianjin port or Beijing airport. If you cannot travel, we run a live video walk-through of the workshop.
