OEM / ODM: change the fabric, the size, the legs, the frame
Send us a photo, a drawing, or just a dimension. We develop samples on our own lines: fabric and colour swaps, seat height and width adjustments, leg finish in black, gold, chrome or walnut, and frame changes from metal to solid wood. Logo embroidery, custom cartons and instruction sheets are all available for private-label programmes.
Built to the standards European buyers ask for
We manufacture to EN 12520 / EN 16139 for domestic and contract seating and can build to BIFMA requirements on request. Foam density, fabric abrasion (Martindale) and frame load tests are specified on the order rather than left to chance, and we send pre-shipment photos of every batch before the balance payment.
Mixed containers, honest MOQs
You do not need to fill a container with one chair. We mix dining chairs, dining tables, bar stools and other categories in a single 40'HQ, which is how most of our European customers start. Tell us the quantity per model and we will tell you straight whether it works.
Frequently asked questions
What is your MOQ for dining chairs?
It depends on the model and how much you are customising. For mixed containers we are flexible — tell us the quantity per design and we will confirm what we can run. Fully customised OEM programmes carry a higher minimum than stock designs.
Can I change the fabric and the leg finish?
Yes. Fabric, colour, seat height, leg finish (black, gold, chrome, walnut) and frame material can all be changed. Send a reference photo or a spec sheet and we will develop a sample on our own lines.
How long does a sample take?
Stock-design samples are typically ready in 7–15 days. New OEM development with custom frames or materials takes longer; we give you a firm date before you pay for the sample.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes — you are welcome. Our production base is in Hebei, a short drive from our Tianjin export office, and we can meet you at Tianjin port or Beijing airport. If you cannot travel, we run a live video walk-through of the workshop.
